The Law Office of Eva M. Luchini is located in downtown Camas, Washington, though we serve clients throughout the state of Washington via on-line meetings. If a client is more comfortable meeting in their home (here in Vancouver or Camas), a home visit can be arranged.

I am an estate planning attorney located in Camas, Washington. I design estate plans --Wills and Trusts—to help folks provide for their loved ones, plan their legacy, and avoid estate tax.
Eva M. Luchini
Attorney
My JD is from Columbia University Law School and my BA is from UC Berkeley. I am a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy through the American College of Financial Services. Most of my volunteer advocacy work is in support of Clark County’s disability community. I served many years on the governing board for PEACE NW, a local nonprofit serving the needs of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. I also served 5 years on the governing board of the Washington Developmental Disabilities Endowment Trust Fund managing a pooled special needs trust containing over $77 million. My clients know me to be friendly and forthright. I aim to be generous with my knowledge, resources, and connections.
