Meet the team
We design estate plans --Wills and Trusts—to help folks provide for their loved ones, plan their legacy, and minimize taxes, as well as assist with probate and trust administration. We design special needs trusts and educate individuals with disabilities, and their families, on how ABLE accounts, pooled trust accounts and attorney-created special needs trusts fit into their estate, tax, and financial planning. We counsel and represent individuals with disabilities, and their families, on guardianship/conservatorship as well as alternatives such as supported decision-making. We assist in unwinding a guardianship/conservatorship to a lesser restrictive alternative where appropriate.

Attorney
I earned my J.D. from Loyola Law School after graduating magna cum laude from New York University. I am a volunteer attorney with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyer's Program Guardianship Clinic. I bring compassion to my work with clients. I care about "the why" behind their choices. I am a proponent of supported decision-making instead of guardianship, when possible, to preserve the rights and dignity of a person who experiences life with disabilities.
